This policy applies specifically to data accessed through the Facebook Platform via the Meta Graph API.
1. Information We Collect
Our App accesses the following information from Facebook Pages that we manage:

- User friends lists or social connections
- User photos, posts, or private messages

2. How We Use Information
The information accessed through the Facebook Platform is used exclusively to:

- Display event details (title, date, time, location, description, and cover image) on our website.
- Help Page administrators manage and promote events more efficiently across platforms.
We do not use Facebook data for advertising, selling to third parties, or any purpose other than displaying our own Page's event information on our website.
3. Data Storage and Retention

- Facebook Page Access Tokens are stored in encrypted form (AES-256-CBC) in our website's database and are accessible only to authorized site administrators.
- Event data is retained only as long as the event is relevant. Past events may be retained for archival purposes on our website calendar.

4. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any data obtained from Facebook with third parties. Event information displayed on our website is publicly visible, consistent with the public nature of the events on our Facebook Page.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data accessed through the Facebook Platform, including:
- Encrypted storage of access tokens
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Access restricted to authorized administrators only
- Regular security updates to our website platform
