At the Spring 2026 commencement ceremony, Texas A&M University-Kingsville proudly honored Bill C. Colston, Jr. with an honorary Doctor of Letters degree and a Javelina Ring in recognition of a lifetime of service and leadership. A champion for education, healthcare, conservation, and community development, Mr. Colston has also been a dedicated supporter of TAMUK and serves as a trustee on the Texas A&M University-Kingsville Foundation Board.
